Took my 3 pups for vaccinations. All staff were friendly and professional. From the very friendly lady at the desk to the brilliant vet in the back who was very funny and helpful. Place was very clean and i had no additional hidden costs.

The team at VistaVests is incredible. From the receptionists to the nurses and doctors, everyone was fantastic. They saved my cat’s life after she ate something she shouldn’t have. All this at a reasonable cost, considering everything.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Jahnavi at Vista Pets for my 11-year-old dog, Teddy. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly kind and gentle with him, which meant so much to me since he’s my whole world. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure I understood all of Teddy’s options and what would be best for his care.

What I especially appreciated was how informative and knowledgeable she was — she answered all my questions with patience and clarity. She even presented me with financing options for Teddy’s procedure, which helped ease a lot of my stress.

I couldn’t be more grateful for the level of compassion and professionalism Dr. Jahnavi showed. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a vet who combines expertise with genuine kindness.

Really great vets! Would definitely recommend. Parking can be a bit of a pain though.

Vista vets was a great vets the staff were all very friendly and happy to help it was also a very clean and sanitary environment the prices were cheaper than a lot of other local vets the only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because the waiting time was long otherwise it would have been a perfect experience

I bring my staffie in once a month for a steroid injection and nails clipped. He absolutely loves it ,and vista vets are really good .
But yesterday he was seen within 5 minutes,I then waited 25 just to settle my bill .
Surely this needs addressing

The Team at Vista vets are fantastic, they are knowledgeable and sympathetic and just overall amazing , we had a poor experience at a different vet and had lost hope was told about Vista vets and I wish I knew about them sooner , all the vets and team are fantastic but Dr Dan has been exceptionally amazing when helping me with our cat 🐈

Dan at Vista Vets, all I can say is you took a terrified Chihuahua Support dog, who had been traumatized by another, and with a very friendly and caring approach, within seconds had given her her vaccination. I was speechless as I had been so worried about taking her, JUST OUTSTANDING, A HUGE THANKYOU,

Really impressed with our first visit, with our recently adopted cat. We were seen by James Bryant who carried out our cats health check. He was really helpful and went out of his way to provide some helpful advice! The premises is really nice and we were able to get an appointment last minute. Very happy that we picked Vista Pets!

Fantastic and understanding vets! Dr James allowed me time to answer my (many) questions! I had to debate with the idea of surgery for my guinea pig with bladder stones and Dr James was open, honest and showed compassion. He explained everything simply and showed me the X-ray in detail. The receptionist Amanda also helped me by giving me ideas on how to help my children process the sad news of a poor prognosis. I’m so happy I found these vets! Highly recommend.

I came to Vista Vets due to a lump in my cats mouth. My previous vets quote for a biopsy was extremely high so I wanted a second opinion. The team at Vista Vets were so caring and professional I went ahead with a procedure under general anaesthetic to have a biopsy, blood test and descaling at a much more favourable price.
The blood test was fine and the lump a non cancerous cyst. I was taken through every aspect of the results in detail. I will be using Vista Vets in future for all my vetinary requirements. I only wish I'd found them years ago.
